Respect people

Treat guests, staff, performers, promoters, and neighbors with respect. Harassment, threats, stalking, unwanted sexual conduct, violence, intimidation, hate-based conduct, or unlawful discrimination are not permitted.

Follow venue rules

Bring valid identification, arrive within the stated window, follow lawful dress and entry requirements, respect capacity limits, and comply with reasonable instructions from venue and security personnel. Approval or RSVP never guarantees admission.

Be honest

Use your own accurate contact information and Instagram username. Do not impersonate others, falsify age, sell or transfer invitations, bring unapproved guests, or use a private calendar or invitation link that was not intended for you.

Keep the night safe

Do not bring weapons, illegal drugs, or dangerous items. Do not engage in illegal activity. Drink responsibly, never drive impaired, and look out for your group. Guestlistr does not sell alcohol and venues independently control service and may refuse it.

Honor complimentary dinner reservations

Complimentary dinners have limited seats. If you accept and can no longer attend, cancel through your private invitation before the reservation. Missing an accepted, confirmed dinner reservation without timely cancellation may result in an attendance strike after admin review. Three confirmed strikes from dinners within a rolling 90-day period suspend complimentary dinner access only. Nightlife access is not affected. You may dispute an incorrect report or explain an emergency.

Privacy and recording

Do not scrape, publish, or misuse guest-list information. Respect requests not to be photographed or recorded where reasonably possible and follow venue policies about cameras and content.

Report concerns

For an immediate threat or medical emergency, contact venue security or emergency services first. Report Guestlistr-related safety, harassment, impersonation, or privacy concerns to safety@guestlistr.vip. We may preserve relevant records, restrict access, and cooperate with lawful investigations.

Enforcement

Guestlistr may warn, reject, suspend, or remove a person from its lists for violations, credible safety concerns, fraud, or abuse. A venue may separately deny entry or remove a guest under its policies and applicable law.
